Welcome to cloudevalCloud. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

cloudevalCloud provides intelligent-assisted cloud visualization, diagram generation, and related tools delivered as SaaS.

2) Accounts & eligibility

Provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. You're responsible for activities under your account.

3) Licenses

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during an active subscription.
• We retain all IP in the Service. You own your content.

4) Acceptable Use

No:

• Illegal activity, reverse engineering, interference, scraping, or abuse.
• Uploading malicious code or infringing content.
• Unauthorized access to third-party systems.

5) Intelligent features & outputs

• Intelligent systems may generate inaccurate or incomplete outputs.
• You're responsible for validating outputs before use in production.
• Do not input secrets unless necessary; use redaction where possible.

6) Customer Content & Data

• You retain ownership of diagrams, metadata, and inputs.
• You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit your content to provide the Service.
• Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy and (if signed) a DPA.

7) Third-party services

Integrations (e.g., cloud providers, identity, payments) are their own services. We're not responsible for third-party terms or availability.

8) Plans, billing, taxes

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
• You authorize recurring charges.
• Fees exclude taxes (e.g., GST).
• Late payments may result in suspension.

9) Cancellations & refunds

You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid term. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

10) Confidentiality

Each party may access the other's confidential information and will protect it using reasonable measures.

11) Security

We apply industry-standard controls. You're responsible for securing your credentials, cloud permissions, and configurations.

12) Beta/preview features

Provided "AS IS," may change or be discontinued, with no SLA.

13) Warranties & disclaimers

Service is provided "AS IS." We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• (a) no indirect or consequential damages;
• (b) our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period.

15) Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content or misuse of the Service.

16) Suspension & termination

• We may suspend for non-payment, security risk, or AUP breach.
• Either party may terminate for uncured material breach (30 days' notice).

17) Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue: Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Alternatively, disputes may be resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seat Bengaluru, conducted in English before a sole arbitrator.

18) Changes to Terms

We may update Terms. Material changes will be notified; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
