1) Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, role, billing details.
• Usage data: logs, device/browser, IP, pages, feature use, crash reports.
• Cloud metadata you connect: resource IDs, configurations, topology graphs, tags, cost metadata. We do not access cloud secrets unless you provide them.
• Content you submit: diagrams, prompts, comments, files.
• Support: messages, recordings (if you consent).

2) How we use data (lawful bases)

• Provide and secure the service; personalize features; customer support; billing (contract).
• Improve and debug (legitimate interests).
• Send service and product updates (legitimate interests/consent where required).
• Meet legal obligations (legal duty).

3) Intelligent features & your content

• By default, we do not train public models on your private customer content.
• We may use aggregated/anonymized telemetry to improve quality.
• If you opt in to model fine-tuning with your data, we'll present a separate consent and DPA addendum.

4) Sharing

• Processors/Sub-processors (hosting, analytics, payment, email). We require DPAs.
• Legal/transfer: if required by law or in a merger/acquisition (with notice).

5) International transfers

We use standard contractual safeguards (e.g., SCCs) where required.

6) Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can delete your workspace or request deletion.

7) Your rights

• Access, correct, delete, port (GDPR/DPDP).
• Opt-out of sale/sharing (CCPA, where applicable).
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
