1) Access activation
- Accounts are provisioned immediately after payment or trial start.
- Confirmation and invoices are emailed to your registered address.
2) Service availability
- The service is cloud-hosted and accessible worldwide except where restricted by law or sanctions/export controls.
3) Failure to receive emails
- Check spam/junk and allow emails from https://cloudeval.ai.
- Contact support@ganak.ai if you don't receive activation within 15 minutes.
4) Service interruptions
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
